You’ll be based in York, at our Product Technology Centre, working alongside talented teams of engineers, technologists, confectioners, technicians and nutritionists from over 30 different nationalities. What can you expect?
With the guidance of expert mentors, you'll collaborate with teams across various areas of the business and engage with stakeholders globally to create impactful results.
This role offers the exciting opportunity to visit our factories and sites across the UK and beyond, gaining insight into how consumer and sensory insights contribute to creating the ideal product experience. You’ll then work in collaboration with our Consumer and Sensory Insights Network to refresh and develop new methodologies and guidelines that drive our product developments forward.
This role will support the development of your collaboration and influencing skills, using best in class analytical methods, as you participate in projects being led by experts who are eager to share their experience and knowledge and support your growth.

- You’ll need a degree, but it can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is your 100% commitment to your chosen career path and your willingness to put everything into your development. This dedication will secure you a role with limitless potential for growth.
- To be eligible for this role, you’ll need a degree, we ask that you have a background in food, ideally with some knowledge of sensory and consumer insights, including statistical analysis. Most importantly, we are looking for candidates with genuine passion and potential for the role—just be yourself and show us what you’ve got.
