These placements will provide you with the opportunity to explore various areas within our organisation. You will have the chance to work on Nestlé improvement projects, gaining hands-on experience and making a real impact.
Throughout your journey, you will receive expert guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals who will support you every step of the way. We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development, and we are committed to providing you with all the resources and support you need to thrive in your role.
By the end of year two, you will have gained a comprehensive understanding of our operations across the four disciplines and for year three, you will transition into a full-time role as a Nestlé employee, where you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to drive continuous improvement and make a lasting impact on our organisation. In operations, we encourage you to consider key roles, from being an effective line manager or a quality or safety professional.
