Network Operations Apprentice

Job description

As a Network Operations Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience in maintaining and monitoring network systems, assisting senior engineers in delivering services, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with a strong interest in network infrastructure, troubleshooting, delivery and support.

Person requirements

While not essential, we value candidates with a basic understanding of networking concepts or experience with network monitoring tools. Professional qualifications such as Juniper Associate, Cisco Associate, Security Associate, or knowledge of ITIL principles would be advantageous, but full training will be provided. A driving license is required for this role.
