Job description

Join our Business Leadership Programme and kickstart your career with three exciting placements across our Customer and Sector Enablement directorate between September 2025 – September 2027. You'll gain hands-on experience in different areas of our business, from marketing and operations to data analytics and student services.

Each placement offers unique challenges and real-world projects, with dedicated mentorship to support your growth. Whether you're working in product development, marketing campaigns, or operations management, you'll develop crucial business skills while making a real impact in the education technology sector.

Location: Hybrid - A blend of working from home and your nominated hub office, we have hubs in London, Bristol, Manchester and Oxford. Specific patterns for working in the office are not mandated, and the frequency of time worked in the office is agreed with your manager. You don't need specific work experience to apply - we're more interested in your potential and passion. However, if you have any previous project experience in business, marketing, technology, or data, that's a bonus! While a degree in these areas is helpful, what really matters is your genuine interest in building a career in one or more of these fields. We're looking for graduates who are enthusiastic about learning and ready to contribute fresh ideas to our evolving organisation.
