What could await you?

We have several roles available within the Total Vehicle Validation and Integration Department. The Department plays a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and quality.

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of vehicle integration, testing and validation, including geometrical analysis. You will work closely with our experienced team to assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of validation tests for our vehicles. You will be provided with valuable exposure to the automotive industry and the chance to enhance your technical skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. An outline of your role is as follows:

  • Assist in planning and organizing validation tests for different vehicle systems.
  • Measurement of vehicles via complex measurement machines to support complex root cause analysis.
  • Support the execution of integration and validation tests, including vehicle setup, instrumentation, data collection, and post-test analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of validation activities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during validation tests, including geometrical analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of validation procedures and test protocols.
  • Document test results, observations, and recommendations for future reference.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in vehicle testing and validation techniques.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the overall validation process.

What we are looking for

  • Currently studying towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field, and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems and components.
  • Familiarity with vehicle testing and validation processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and data acquisition systems.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics, vehicle performance, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
