As a Product Management Graduate your primary role is to support the Product Managers in ensuring the success of the current series vehicles during the lifecycle in all worldwide markets.
You will have primary responsibility to support, align and resolve sales and marketing product topics for the vehicle throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for the creation of product bulletins and market intelligence within the product team. In addition to the placement within Product, you will have the opportunity to experience two three-month placements in other areas of Rolls-Royce.
What awaits you?
This placement is designed to provide a broad overview of the company. The programme is 2 years long and leads into a permanent position with the company. You will be an integral part of the team and over the 24-month period you will do the following:
- Product Management - Support product feature content and pricing to establish a competitive product offering and ensure market success on an international level.
- Product Definition - Support delivery of brand and customer requirements into deliverable engineering metrics, to ensure successful product development in-line with business case targets.
- Product Communications (Bulletins) - To develop, distribute and present Product Bulletins to ensure the product is fully understood by dealers and regional partners.
- Market Intelligence - Collate and analyse Competitor data to ensure the competitiveness of Rolls-Royce products in the market.
- Bespoke Collection Cars - Manage and deliver product feature content and pricing to produce a profitable and successful global product, capable of creating marketing impulses and driving dealer traffic.
- Show cars - Support for all Rolls-Royce Motor Cars products through the creation of show car proposals.
- Model Year pricing - Support the process of harmonising, bring to decision, and communicating pricing information.

What do you need to do now?

- Graduated or working towards a degree in a Business or Technical related area, with a 2:1 or above.
- High appreciation for the automotive and luxury industries.
