Join our dynamic Quality Engineering & Management Department, where we drive excellence in every vehicle we produce. We ensure that our world-renowned vehicles meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and craftsmanship. By applying advanced engineering principles, cutting-edge technology, and critical problem-solving techniques, we tackle some of the most complex challenges in automotive quality.

In this role, you’ll work on identifying, analysing, and resolving complex issues related to vehicle quality, applying root cause analysis to solve real-world engineering topics. You’ll leverage data from our computer aided quality systems to predict and monitor performance, providing critical insights to our manufacturing teams. Additionally, you’ll ensure precise assembly by engaging with torque-controlled tooling systems and contribute to maintaining compliance with industry standards through our Quality Management Systems. Throughout, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and make a measurable impact on product quality.

What awaits you?

This is a two-year programme that leads into a permanent position with the company. You will be an integral part of the two and over the 24-month period you will do the following:

  • Take ownership of your own topic landscape, driving key quality initiatives and making a direct impact on product performance.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve complex, real-world engineering topics that influence vehicle quality.
  • Manage your own projects from concept through to implementation, honing your project management and leadership skills.
  • Engage in continuous problem-solving, seeking out innovative solutions that push previous boundaries.
  • Work with cutting-edge tools and systems to monitor, analyse, and improve quality processes in real-time.
  • Benefit from a strong focus on personal development, with opportunities for training, upskilling, and career progression within a supportive environment.

What do you need to do now?

What we are looking for

  • Have achieved a minimum 2:2 or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Experience of a year in industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills proven through previous teamwork.
  • Self-steerer, excellent motivation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A full UK Driving License is advantageous but is not essential.
