What you will be doing
- Gaining experience in a variety of People Consulting’s specialisms, such as change management, communications, HR transformation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics.
- Working in project teams to help clients solve people-related problems and implement people-related solutions. Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on your project.
- Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations.
- Writing elements of reports, presentations and other deliverables.
- Travelling around and outside of the UK if the project calls for it.
- There will also be times when you are not working on a project and you will contribute to business development for the team by helping with proposals.
Programme length : two years
Professional qualification
UK & Ireland - CIPD – Level 5 certificate in Human Resource Management. Financial Services - CIMA - Certificate in Business Accounting
