Course content

This Top Up allows students who already hold a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent to gain a Masters level qualification. This course allows professionals in possession of a Postgraduate Diploma in either Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development to top-up to a masters award on successful completion of a Masters project module.

The course is designed for those professionals looking to enhance and develop their postgraduate level strategic level knowledge and behaviours to provide the necessary skills, competencies and knowledge to achieve a Masters in the area of People Management (including Human Resources, Learning and Development and Organisational Development).
This course is a part-time, day and evening course and is designed to be flexible to fit around exisiting commitments and responsibilities.
