Course content
Combining flexible online learning with practice-based learning, this course allows you to develop the knowledge and skills required to design, implement and evaluate digital pedagogical practices in educational and training spaces; applicable to any educational setting.
As part of this course, you’ll:
· Learn to critically analyse, and make informed decisions around, the design and implementation of digital pedagogy
· Synthesise and evaluate different approaches to the use of digital technology in education
· Address societal, technological, and educational issues in relation to the use of digital pedagogy
· Explore your own practice in terms of the key concepts in digital pedagogy
· Use structured approaches to critically evaluate a digital artefact or system
· Debate and analyse the issues that hold contemporary interest and concern for educators exploiting digital approaches to pedagogy
· Select appropriate data collection methods to address research questions or problems relevant to digital pedagogy
· Critically reflect on and debate theory, research, policy and practice in this area.
