Finished your degree and ready to dive into an exciting career in sales?
This two-year programme will enhance your skills in building relationships and business acumen, setting you up for a successful career in sales at the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer. You’ll experience a path rotating across a variety of roles within the Sales function so that you can gain key critical experiences and discover where you can make the greatest impact.
What can you expect?
You’ll gain experience across the diverse and dynamic world of sales, including sales operations, e-commerce, field sales, and account management. Throughout the scheme you can access dedicated training to enhance your technical skills and constant support from your colleagues and business leaders. By the time you finish, you’ll have gained a broader understanding of the role our Sales function plays within the business and will have completed the first steps towards a successful career in sales.

You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
You’ll need a degree, but it can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is your 100% commitment to your chosen career path and your willingness to put everything into your development. This dedication will secure you a role with limitless potential for growth.
