Supply Chain and Logistics Graduate Programme

In an increasingly turbulent world with unpredictable markets, it can be a challenge to manage complex international supply chains like ours. As a result, we’ve transformed the way we think and work, with supply chain planning, resilience and sustainability now at the forefront of some of our most exciting digital innovations.

The ever-changing landscape of the automotive industry is full of new technology, radical innovation, and revolutionary ideas – meaning the opportunities for you to learn fast, champion change and build a career where no two days are the same, are endless.

This two-year long graduate programme will give you the technical skills and practical experience you need to become a successful logistics professional. Working within either our Commercial team, or our Industrial Operations Supply Chain and Logistics team, you’ll have the opportunity to take on different responsibilities that match your skill set and interests, supported by a mentor every step of the way.

Rewards and benefits

Our 2025 graduate programme salary is £32,000, with a £2,000 joining bonus to welcome you to JLR. After two years, you will progress from the graduate programme on a £39,000 salary. In addition, JLR offer a generous holiday allowance, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, excellent pension provisions and access to a wide range of deals and discounts from well-known retailers and sports clubs.

What we are looking for

To join the Supply Chain and Logistic Graduate Programme, you’ll need to hold or be on track to achieve a 2:2 degree or higher in any degree subject. While a background in data handling is not required, confidence in working with data will be beneficial for the programme.

You should be a skilled problem-solver with a curiosity for understanding business challenges and a drive to deliver innovative solutions. Strong numerical and interpersonal skills, along with the confidence to champion new initiatives, are also essential. 

JLR’s graduate programmes are not eligible for sponsorship and therefore, we will only accept applications for this programme from candidates with the unrestricted right to work in the UK for an indefinite period (if you are on a tier 4 student visa or a graduate route visa you are not eligible to apply to this programme).
