Are you a proactive and ambitious first year university student looking to gain insight in the dynamic world of accountancy and professional services?
The Spring Insight Programme is a one-day, in-person experience designed to support and inspire you to find your future within professional and financial services and take the first step towards your career with Forvis Mazars. You'll also have early access to apply to our Summer 2026 internship opportunities.
During your insight event you'll:
- Hear from a senior key-note speaker, who will share their career journey and provide invaluable professional insights.
- Learn how to create your personal brand and build your networking skills, ensuring you stand out in the competitive graduate market.
- Engage with our Forvis Mazars panel, where you can ask questions and gain wisdom from their experiences and lessons learned.
- Participate in an interactive service line business simulation, giving you a comprehensive understanding of our wider business areas.
- Discover the Forvis Mazars recruitment process, explore routes to entry, and learn how we support students with additional needs or requirements.
The insight programme will run from 10:00-14:00. Lunch will be provided and travel expenses up to £50 reimbursed.
- 2 April in our Edinburgh office
- 4 April in our Leeds office
- 11 April in our Birmingham office

We do not provide sponsorship for our insight programmes. However, you can apply if you are studying at a UK based university and hold a valid Student Visa for the duration of the insight programme.

- Studying at a UK university.
- In the first year of a three-year undergraduate degree or in your second year of a four-year degree.
- Strong interest in accounting, finance or related fields but we're open to any degree discipline.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn more about the professional services industry.
- Commitment to self-development & learning.
- Affinity with our values; in particular, respect for individuals, diversity, and integrity.
Strong academic performance is important; however, we understand that things don't always go to plan. Our recruitment process looks at your whole self – academic achievements as well as other experiences in which you have grown and developed.
