Applicants of this course must have a minimum of a second class honours degree. We welcome applications from students who may not have formal/traditional entry criteria but who have relevant experience or the ability to pursue the course successfully.

Course content
Are you new to property or looking to pursue a career in the field? If so, then this course was developed with you in mind. The programme of study will equip you with an excellent working knowledge of the commercial property market, including its relevance to national and international financial and investment markets.
This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to develop a successful career in the corporate property industry. You will become professionally competent in applying advanced investment and appraisal techniques, and learn how to make sound property management decisions that take into account legal, economic, facilities management and planning variables.
Studying this course will equip you with knowledge and expertise in the valuation and management of urban land and buildings in both public and private ownership. The full Masters award is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), allowing exemption from their academic entry requirements, as well as ensuring that you will be educated to the highest industry standards.
