Entry requirements

This course is available via government funding, so at no cost to you. To be eligible for funding, you must be:

• Aged 19 or over
• Currently live in England or Scotland
• Have lived in the UK/EU for the last 3 years
• Have not previously enrolled on this course.

Course content

This qualification will give you an understanding of autism and the principles of supporting autistic individuals. You will look at the person-centred approach and the influence that positive communication methods can have, as well as gaining an understanding of how autistics individuals can be supported to live healthy and fulfilled lives.
