This course is available via government funding, so at no cost to you. To be eligible for funding, you must be:

• Aged 19 or over
• Currently live in England or Scotland
• Have lived in the UK/EU for the last 3 years
• Have not previously enrolled on this course.

Course content

This qualification is aimed at anyone seeking to improve their knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), either for personal or professional reasons. You will consider many aspects of SEND, including the symptoms of specific conditions, legislation and guidance applicable to individuals with SEND and how such conditions affect individuals in daily life.
