Entry requirements

  • Applicants normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computing or any other analytical discipline.
  • Applicants with a lower degree classification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis.

Course content

Our AI course equips graduates with advanced expertise in machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and AI ethics. Combining cutting-edge theory with practical application, the course develops critical thinking, research, and professional skills, preparing students to lead in the rapidly evolving AI industry.

You will study a range of important topics in Artificial Intelligence, providing you with an understanding of its uses and applications across a variety of real-world problem domains.

The course has a focus on computer vision, natural language processing, search and complexity, machine learning, reasoning, and ethical and governance issues related to AI.

All taught modules are aligned with the School’s research, meaning you will learn from leading experts working on cutting-edge AI solutions.

English Language Requirements

Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
