This scheme will equip you with the essential skills needed to start your rewarding career in one of the most fulfilling sectors within the largest food and drink company in the world. What can you expect?

For two years, you will be part of the dedicated Legal team that ensures compliance in various areas including, advertising, competition and employment law. Your responsibilities may include reviewing advertising material, addressing brand name queries and creating training materials, such as how to guides on subjects like data protection and marketing – all of which foster a compliance culture at Nestlé. Throughout the programme, you’ll be guided by an Academy Champion (a qualified lawyer) as well as the supportive legal team, allowing you to build strong professional connections and grow in confidence.

What will you get out of it?

The programme will shape you into a confident legal professional, equipped to support compliance at a global company like Nestlé.

On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve the L3 Paralegal Apprenticeship and you’ll also gain a Level 3 CILEX paralegal qualification, boosting your expertise and opening up many opportunities.

Entry requirements

  • We’re looking for people who want a fulfilling legal career within a global business.
  • To qualify, you’ll need at least 96 UCAS points (or 260 points from 2017 or previous) and Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (A*-C if taken before 2017).
  • Just as important is to be full of energy and enthusiasm for learning. We want to meet people who will see this opportunity for what it is — a chance to build a career within a company where there’s no limit to what you can achieve.
  • You will need to be 18 years old by the 1 September 2025 and additionally you also need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
