Join our sought-after Bid Management Trainee Programme, where you’ll be given the fantastic opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the business, developing your commercial knowledge that relates to bidding for projects and winning work. Learning to review and analyse information that relates to preparing and writing bids, prioritising cost effectiveness, best working practices and build experience through a project’s life cycle.

Using the knowledge and skills you’ve learnt on the programme, you’ll:

  • Assist in building a ‘bid-winning’ strategy, identifying and addressing our customers key requirements.
  • Produce customer focussed responses and strategies for bid submissions, tailoring each response to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Compile electronic submissions of work, ensuring process is followed and necessary steps are taken.
  • Collaborate and engage with colleagues and networks to develop your understanding of their area building expertise as you learn.

Eligibility

For the Trainee Apprentice route, you’ll have a keen interest in Bid Management and need to have achieved grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). You will also need to have obtained / be working towards a minimum of 2 A-Levels at grade D or above, or equivalent (Level 3 NVQ, BTEC, T-Level etc.).
