Entry requirements

PGCE with 60 credits at Masters Level (Level 7)

You need to show that you have 1 year of professional experience after having completed your PGCE. You also need to provide a reference from your senior management team to prove that you are currently working in a school or educational setting.

Course content

Learn to share, build and evaluate professional practice and educational policy.

Designed for teachers currently working in schools and other educational settings, this course will enhance your understanding of educational practice.

Building on the skills you developed during your PGCE, you'll explore complex policy, pedagogical practice and educational research. You'll reflect on leadership and change management and engage critically with educational research to inform your own developing practice. Studying for this Masters should support you in further developing your career.
