Entry requirements
UK 2.2 Hons degree or above or an equivalent standard in other qualifications approved by the University in a subject such as:
nursing; medicine; biological sciences; psychology; sociology; midwifery; dentistry; physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy.
English language: band C, IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in all components

Aimed at healthcare practitioners, this course is a component of the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) clinical academics training pathway and will equip you with the skills and knowledge to engage in all aspects of clinical, healthcare or academic research.
This course is ideal if you are working in a clinical research environment, but don’t hold a healthcare qualification, or as preparation for clinical academic doctoral fellowship applications.
