Course content
Our Tourism and Hospitality ResM opportunities help you research and solve a practical problem that is of direct value to your company or your career in events, tourism, hospitality, travel, cruise or heritage interpretation and management, and with our modern languages academics as part of the team, French and Spanish culture and society. It will help progress higher level research in your chosen field, while supporting the development of your own professional practice.
Your bespoke programme is designed in agreement with two supervisors and can include fieldwork, study days, seminars, short courses, working weekends, tutorials and the use of Web 2.0 technology. This should mean that your study fits in with the needs of your working life and career.
Practice-based activities allow you to produce professional material for your career and for assessment purposes, often called practicums.
