If you are a UK Citizen or have permanent residency:

  • An undergraduate (honours) degree at 2:2, or above, in a Built Environment subject such as, Civil Engineering, Construction, Surveying or Architecture.
  • Applicants without a degree that have relevant professional experience and membership of an appropriate professional body may be considered.
