This academic programme provides an integrated approach to chemistry, pharmacy, and pharmacology, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. You will gain knowledge on drug mechanisms and how drugs are developed, alongside developing practical skills in synthetic chemistry labs, where you will learn to synthesise and analyse pharmaceutical compounds. This course will also provide valuable insights into the role of a pharmacist, using practice-based scenarios to enhance student understanding of drug formulation, dispensing and patient care through simulations.
