Course content
International Business is about developing an understanding of global business practice. Many business principles and practises are common across the world and our degrees will help you understand what these are and why they have been adopted internationally. We will also give you an understanding of how they vary in different countries, helping to prepare you for a career in a wide variety of industries across the world.
International Business is open to graduates of any discipline, and whether your first degree is in Business, or another subject, this course will help you understand why different processes and decisions are made by international businesses.
There are a number of options on the International Business programme to tailor your degree to fit your career aspirations. Choose to study International Business by itself or combine it with another business area such as Marketing, Management, Finance, Human Resource Management, Investment, Strategy, Banking, and more. The International Business programme allows you to match your qualification to your intended career path.
Also included in the programme is an optional 8-week internship. Taking place over the summer, the internship is majority funded by the school and helps to give you real world work experience in industry that makes you stand out to future employers even more.
