Course content
On this programme you’ll learn from our experts. You'll develop your understanding of criminal justice theories and concepts in real-world settings.
You’ll be taught by tutors with academic and professional experience. The course will develop your ability to understand the Criminal Justice System (CJS) at a conceptual and operational level. You'll look at both UK and international perspectives.
You’ll analyse social, economic and political influences to explore how different societies attempt to control crime and offenders. This includes youth, race, gender and the media.
Optional modules allow you to advance your critical analytical skills in various fields. Choose from international criminal law, terrorism, open source internet investigation and multi-agency Early Action Partnerships.
