You’ll understand the greater contexts within which supply chains function. Including looking at intra- and inter- organisational relationships. You'll learn about their wider economic, environmental, and societal implications, and consider them on a local, national and international scale. An example of this is the Preston Model.

Using real-life case studies, you’ll gain an understanding of traditional and modern supply chains. You'll look at their interrelated business functions to forecast trends and developments. You'll master the practical strategies to identify weaknesses within supply chains and provide innovative and effective solutions for business growth and sustainability.
