Our innovative MA/MSc Human Resource Management for Creative Industries degree offers a unique opportunity to specialise within human resources, tailoring your skills to better suit this dynamic sector of the economy.

This course, taught at the unique Business School for the Creative Industries at UCA Epsom, provides the appropriate knowledge and skills to thrive within a creative industries’ organisational context, and thus improve management and leadership within the sector.

You will become a reflective practitioner, developing the capacity to manage your own learning and development, and enhance your own skills in critical enquiry, logical thought, creative imagination and independent judgement.

You will also develop and consolidate informed professional and ethical competence across a range of subject specialisms relevant to the contemporary practitioner.
