Course content
Advance your career in Human Resource Management or International Human Resource Management with our business Master’s programme
Our business Master’s in Human Resources with Employment Law will give you a broad understanding of the most important concepts of human resource management, while also enabling you to specialise in the legal aspects of HR management and employment, giving you a competitive edge in the job market. Structured with an emphasis on meeting industry developmental needs, and with a strong focus on your future employability, upon completion of this course you will be well placed to take your career to a senior level.
This course is accredited by both The Chartered institute of personnel and Development (CIPD) and The Chartered Management Institute (CMI). This means that upon successful completion of your degree you will have the opportunity to apply for a CIPD certification and a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
This course is offered as a 2-year full-time business master’s programme. Sharing the first year of study with the 1-year Human Resources with Employment Law, the 2-year programme benefits from a second year of Professional Practice that is specifically aimed at fostering the employment opportunities of students. Offering greater flexibility than a traditional Placement year, our Professional Practice Year allows you to decide how to put your skills into practice. Choose between an academic dissertation, business plan, business or consultancy project, or a paid placement in industry, depending on the option that is best suited to your future career path.
Flexible study: We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different. That’s why we offer a wide range of study modes (full-time, part-time, on campus, online) across our courses to provide you with the greatest choice and flexibility you need to succeed in your studies.
