Entry requirements
There are no academic qualifications required for entry into the course, and participants come from many professional backgrounds. Participants share a desire to work at a deeper one to-one level with clients in organisations, in order to help improve working relationships and personal effectiveness. Decisions about suitability are based on a one-to-one interview with a member of the course faculty.

Course content
Developed and delivered for over twenty years by the specialist team at Tavistock Consulting, our practice-based Executive coaching programme (ECP) offers participants the opportunity to:
- Explore the systems-psychodynamic approach, learning how to work with clients to access powerful insights that enable change.
- Build advanced coaching skills through a rich programme of experiential exercises, role-play, video analysis and reflection.
- Undertake 90 hours of coaching and receive in-depth individual and group supervision, plus detailed feedback on a reflective log.
Accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level, the programme will support you in enhancing your current practice, or developing a career as an internal or freelance coach.
