Joint & Soft Tissue Injection One Day Course
Entry requirements
GPs, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, paramedics and other Allied Health Professions who have:

Current Registration with the relevant UK or equivalent professional body: HCPC or equivalent registration e.g., in case of doctors (GMC) and Nurses (NMC)

Current professional practice within an environment where musculoskeletal injection could be used.
Learners will undertake DOPS assessment to comply with CSP guidance and NHS-England accreditation to undertake joint injections.

Course content
This Joint Injection Course is aimed at postgraduate healthcare professionals including physiotherapists, nurses, doctors, GPs who are involved in the management of musculoskeletal conditions and use/or aim to use joint and soft-tissue injections as part of their practice.
For allied health professionals who wish to start using injection therapy, this course will serve as an introduction to the skill, and they can subsequently decide to enrol on the credit bearing module. For advanced clinical practitioners and doctors who are already trained, this course is an essential part of them demonstrating ongoing competence in this area, required by their professional bodies.
