Entry requirements
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area from a research university
Ideally, your Bachelor's degree should cover the following courses:- Organisation Theory
- Strategy
- Marketing
- Human Resource Management
- Finance
- Statistics
- Quantitative and Qualitative Methods
- Bachelor’s thesis of 12 EC
- Proficiency in English

Course content
The general aim of the Master's specialisation in Strategic Human Resource Leadership is to train students who are capable of scientifically analysing issues involving personnel and organization, and who are able to think about them at the strategic level in an organisation. In concrete terms this means that the Master's specialisation has the following aims:
- To acquaint students with the most important concepts and theories in human resource management;
- To provide students with insight into modern management and advisory practices in the area of human resource management;
- To allow students to develop skills for conducting independent research in the area of human resource management;
- To encourage students to take a critical attitude with respect to research and management and advisory practices in the area of human resource management.
*This is a specialisation of the Master's in Business Administration.
