Entry requirements
A 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in any subject (Law).
The minimum English Language requirements for entry to postgraduate degree programmes within the School Law are:
7.0 overall including 7.0 in Writing, and 5.5 in Reading, Listening and Speaking.

Course content
This programme teaches you the fundamentals of the regulatory framework and provides a more focused approach to compliance in various markets. You will investigate compliance issues in the UK, EU, and global markets.
- Gain the skills that will help you succeed in a regulation and compliance career.
- Options to specialise in the financial, data protection and intellectual property, business and insurance or energy sectors or follow the general curriculum.
- Online-learning modules options available.
- Taught by academics from the Institute for Regulation and Ethics, an institute that draws from faculties which focus on the inter-relationship between commercial law, regulation and ethics.
