A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree or an equivalent qualification such as a Certificate in Education (Cert Ed). Other professional qualifications and relevant professional experience will also be considered.

This Education MA is relevant to all educational sectors and contexts, from schools to further and higher education. Research supported by critical enquiry and discourse will extend, develop and enhance your ability to analyse, evaluate and judge the underlying assumptions surrounding educational policy and practice.
This course is offered as the core to our MA Education suite, if you are interested in focusing on a particular area then you may wish to graduate with a bracketed specialism.
Information for international students
International applicants are required to have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with 5.5 in each component (or approved equivalent).
