Entry requirements
A Degree of second-class honours classification or higher in a relevant subject area. Typically these areas would be:
- Motorsport
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive
- Engineering or similar
Admission with credit of previous modules studied at postgraduate level is possible.
Each application will be considered on an individual basis.
Mature students with lower or without entry qualifications but with Motorsport/Automotive industry experience at a senior level can also be admitted on to the programme at the discretion of the award tutor. Each application will be considered on an individual basis.

Information for international students
- NMA recognises equivalent international qualifications and these will be considered on an individual basis
- Applications are welcome from all International Students with a good standard of English
- If English is not your first language an IELTS certificate with a score of 6.5 (minimum) or equivalent qualification is required. However, all applications are considered on an individual basis as we are aware that for many international students their school or college curriculum has been taught in English.
