English language support
It is essential that all students have an excellent command of English as we welcome students from around 100 different nations to study with us here at Bayes. In order to participate fully in the collaborative learning process, all students who have not previously studied at degree level in a majority English-speaking country as defined by the Home Office* must sit one of the approved English language proficiency tests listed below:

Facilities and support arrangements
Our Bunhill Row building is a flexible space designed to encourage the free flow of people and ideas. At its heart, the Business Library offers access to books, journals and specialist databases, including sources for company
data and economic information. Our Refinitiv Trading Room and Bloomberg Finance Lab complement classroom-based study by simulating trading in ‘real time’.

Accommodation
Once you have accepted an offer of a place at Bayes you can to apply to City, University of London's accommodation service for a place to live during your studies.
Bayes master's students are eligible to apply for postgraduate accommodation with City. There are several accommodation options including halls of residence for Bayes and City students. We also encourage students to create and participate in a range of clubs and societies spanning business, sport and culture. These include Women in Business, Bayes Blockchain and FinTech society, Black in Business at Bayes society, City Entrepreneurs Network, Bayes Finance and Banking Club, Bayes M&A Society, LGBTQ+ Society, Wine Society, as well as football, basketball and badminton clubs.
