UK entry requirements
Minimum of 2:2 Honours degree or equivalent internationally recognised medicine / health professions qualification.*
*Health professional candidates who do not hold an honours degree will be considered on a case-by-case basis, according to professional experience.

Course content
The College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences (CHMLS) has a long and successful track record in the education and training of allied health professionals, which is now expanding to include undergraduate medicine and nursing awards.
This new programme is available to internal and external applicants including our clinical partners and collaborators who accept students on clinical placements.
PgCert in Clinical Education will register its first cohort in January 2023 for academic year 2022-23. In subsequent academic years, the PG Cert will be offered as a September start, i.e. from academic year 2023-24.
MSc and PgDip will have their first intake in Sep 2023.
The programme content may be offered as:
- - A staged / stepwise approach to academic credit acquisition and awards,
- - Stand-alone modules for CPD and credit accumulation for a FHEQ level 7 awards, i.e. faculty development for the delivery of our medicine, nursing and allied health and social care programmes, i.e. associate student registration.
The College has established good relationships between health professional programmes and NHS partners and this is degree represents;
- - A good foundation for research capability to furnish the research elements for dissertation
- - An opportunity for collaborative projects with our partners for NHS improvement.
- - An emphasise the multi-professional and diverse nature of the programme, i.e. open to all the medical and health professions, reflecting today’s NHS
- - An articulation of the Health Education England pathway and framework options for learning, i.e. education, communication, simulation, digital clinical education, business and leadership in clinical contexts, research.
