Taught by internationally recognised staff from our renowned Centre for Intellectual Property Policy & Management (CIPPM), this course has been developed in collaboration with The Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys and The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys. It will prepare you for diverse careers in IP law with comprehensive frameworks, optional units, and prestigious professional traineeships.

Course accreditation
The Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg) are the independent regulatory body for patent and trade mark attorneys and are responsible for setting the education and training requirements for qualification as a patent attorney and a trade mark attorney.
Information for international students
If English is not your first language you'll need IELTS (Academic) 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in all other components.
