Are you passionate about marine conservation and eager to make a difference? Join International Volunteer HQ’s Sea Turtle Conservation project on the stunning island of Nusa Penida, located off the southeastern coast of Bali. Volunteer from just £16 / day and you’ll gain hands-on experience in turtle care and marine conservation while contributing to the protection and growth of endangered sea turtle populations in Indonesia.

As a Sea Turtle Conservation volunteer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Feeding and cleaning turtles.
  • Teaching turtles how to catch fish.
  • Maintaining and cleaning tanks and equipment.
  • Participating in crab-catching activities.
  • Assisting with beach and street clean-ups.
  • Supporting construction work at the turtle conservation center

When you’re volunteering with turtles, you’ll be assisting local groups to protect the extraordinary natural environment while getting hands-on conservation experience and achieving personal growth. By volunteering with this project, you’ll:

  • Contribute to increasing the population of endangered marine wildlife.
