From day one, your salary will be £28,551 and, within seven years you could be earning up to £46,044. After your probation, you can choose from over 50+ officer roles including firearms, traffic, marine and more.

What we are looking for

This pathway is open to graduates from any academic background or students in their final year of degree studies.

Whilst we welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, there are some eligibility conditions that must be met, including:

  • Hold level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths
  • Hold a full, UK manual driving licence
  • Be a British citizen or resident in the UK free of restrictions
