Graduate Software Engineer

Job description

Sinara is currently looking for talented graduates to join our software engineering team in the summer of 2025. Whether you are set to graduate in 2025 or have a couple of years of programming experience under your belt, we would love to hear from you.

Your first project may involve working on applications such as trading systems, options pricing algorithms, or market surveillance tools. In most projects, you will work across the full tech stack, from the web or desktop front-ends, to back-end algorithms, communications, databases and cloud deployments. The work is often technically challenging and will certainly help to accelerate your growth.

Working with Sinara, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on an active project and make a meaningful impact. You will get the chance to work in teams committed to using the best programming techniques and share information and your own ideas with colleagues and even clients of both a technical and non-technical background.

We encourage everyone within Sinara to take responsibility in a variety of areas including client relationship management, product & library development, technical quality, recruitment and mentoring. We also allow staff to engage in research projects into new and emerging technologies as well as undertake training that will enhance their skills.
