As a Graduate Buyer, you will:
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms, quality, and delivery performance.
- Procurement Operations: Assist in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for materials, products, and services.
- Cost Optimisation: Analyse pricing, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Collaborate with the operations team to manage stock levels, avoiding overstocking or shortages.
- Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities align with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
- Data Analysis: Maintain accurate procurement records and use data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, ensuring alignment and clear communication across the supply chain.

What we are looking for
- A degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to build solid relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyse data and create reports.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field (e.g., internships or work placements) is beneficial but not essential.
