Founders Associate - Operations

Job description

We’re looking for a Founders Associate / Operations role to help accelerate three key areas of the business – financial, recruitment and admin working closely with the founder/CEO of Rivan. If you want to work on a high-impact technology that you’ll see the impact of in the world surrounded by smart people working with a sense of urgency and intensity – this is for you.

The aim for this role is to find someone that has the capacity and learning ability to take on more responsibility over time and become a core member of the Rivan team.

The role

Operational execution

  • Simplify and streamline key areas of the business with systems that speed up executionFinancial operations (procurement, buudgeting)
  • Admin (contracts, leasing, travel, accommodation)
  • Recruitment (candidate sourcing, execution of plan)

Operational design

  • Organisational efficiency
  • Strategic expansion opportunities

Specifics

  • £30,000 - £40,000 salary depending on experience
  • Significant share options as part of the early team
  • In-person work at our HQ in Bermondsey, South-East London
  • Flexible time-off

What we are looking for

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Proof of work – what have you done before this that shows you can get stuff done fast and take on a lot of responsibility?
