Peregrine Future Talent programmes
Our talent programmes are designed to help you return to work after a break or switch careers. With your previous career experience and transferable skills, you will refresh and develop your skillset and gain professional experience.
The programme starts at our accredited academy with 8 weeks of hands-on skills’ building in the applications and tools organisations look for. The training focuses on the newest and most relevant industry methodologies to prepare you for a career pathway within Data and analytics.
Employment
Upon successful completion of the training, you will have the opportunity to become employed by Peregrine in a placement of up to two years supporting one of our clients around the UK. You’ll have the opportunity to work on and make meaningful contributions to a range of exciting and diverse projects. After two years, you can transition to a career with Peregrine Specialist Talent, or you may be offered a role directly with your placement client.
As well as the ongoing support whilst you work, your placement includes a development programme of core competencies to keep you moving forward.

What we are looking for
You’re someone who likes the challenge of learning something new every day. And when it comes to questions, your hand is in the air before anyone else’s. You also genuinely enjoy working in a team, sharing goals, and celebrating achievements. You're as confident sharing your ideas as you are engaged when others do the same.
You will also need:
- Some exposure to analysing and modelling data.
- Some Python knowledge, able to understand basic constructs.
- A passion for learning, technology and problem solving.
- A proactive mindset
- Following training, able to relocate if required for your assignment (relocation support is provided)
- Able to commit to the initial home-based training before employment and attend the online classes in real-time.
- Available to start training in January 2025
