Graduate Customer Care Consultant

Job description

As a Graduate Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience. This role is designed for ambitious graduates looking to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email, providing effective solutions to their queries.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with third-party courier companies to manage deliveries and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive the best solutions, including product recommendations and lead times.
