Job description
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the commercial team to gain a deep understanding of Exsel Pumps' services and how they meet client needs. You will be trained in effective communication and relationship-building techniques, enabling you to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with both existing and potential clients. Key responsibilities include ensuring a smooth client experience, maintaining regular contact with customers, and identifying opportunities for future service enhancements. You will also reconnect with former clients to strengthen relationships and explore avenues for renewed collaboration.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are vital, as is a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. While you will receive comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and product offerings, a focus on understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service will be central to your success.
This role offers exposure to the broader commercial aspects of the business, with opportunities to participate in role rotations. These rotations will deepen your industry knowledge, enhance your understanding of Exsel Pumps' operations, and develop your commercial acumen.
As part of your journey, you will be supported by a Graduate Development Programme provided by Discovery. This programme will help you grow both personally and professionally through experiential learning, access to accredited qualifications via the Institute of Leadership and Management, and guidance from an experienced coach.
If you’re ready to dive into an exciting and dynamic environment where your skills and enthusiasm will shine, this is the perfect role for you.
