Job description
Peregrine bridges the nation’s digital skills gap by delivering talent strategy and insight-driven solutions that build diverse, high-performing teams. We're experts in powering transformation with over 30 clients spanning the public sector, retail, and energy. Our award-winning diversity initiatives combined with industry-accredited training, personal coaching and soft-skills development give our Future Talent consultants the edge both professionally and personally.
Our Future Talent programmes are designed to help you gain professional experience and develop your skillset. We’ll challenge you to think differently, solve problems with creativity and to push yourself while expanding your horizons.
At our accredited academy, we give you 7 weeks of hands-on skills’ building in the applications and tools organisations look for. The training focuses on the newest and most relevant industry methodologies to prepare you for your chosen career pathway within Business Analysis.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will have the opportunity to become employed by Peregrine in a placement of up to two years supporting one of our clients around the UK. You’ll have the opportunity to work on and make meaningful contributions to a range of exciting and diverse projects. After two years, you can transition to a career with Peregrine Specialist Talent, or you may be offered a role directly with your placement client.
As well as the ongoing support whilst you work, your placement includes a development programme of core competencies to keep you moving forward.
