We are an award-winning mission-driven company that helps clients excel by providing high-potential technical consultants in data analysis and engineering roles. Our consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds because we choose to focus on skills, behaviours and potential.

Our aim is to train, support and provide opportunities for recent graduates to work in technology and have successful careers while making a positive impact. We invest heavily in our education and support systems to provide high-calibre training and access to high-performance insight.

Our cohorts start at regular intervals throughout the year and we want to hear from candidates from all backgrounds, and that’s not just corporate talk. We try to get to know our candidates, trainees and consultants, help them feel accepted even when they make mistakes and then put in place support that allows them to do their best.

Amplifying careers regardless of background

We develop and support recent graduates from underrepresented groups to find and grow careers within the technology sector. We want to see greater equality within society and choose to focus on potential rather than ‘proven’ experience.

We provide more than the technical skills to do a job. Our full-time training is focused on developing the skills that allow our consultants to deliver as professional engineers or developers from Day 1 with clients.
