You would be joining the consulting team at an exciting time as we strengthen and grow our six solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our team of experts work collaboratively to provide tailored and client-centric solutions, delivering a premium service through every interaction, giving our clients confidence as they build sustainable, future-fit businesses. 

You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders; internally with your own team and as well as our six solutions and wider RSM; and externally with our clients and key intermediaries, providing a solution focused approach to drive success for our clients and our firm. You’ll learn to deliver data-driven, bespoke insights, value-add assurance and high-quality execution.

What we are looking for: 

Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If you can spot inefficiencies in everyday life and are passionate about making improvements, this role is perfect for you.

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification; or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level) and a predicted honours degree.

  • Innovative problem solver: You enjoy tackling challenges and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
