Technology Innovation Management is a new and exciting department for Technology, created to directly support the multi year technology strategy. The department are responsible for leading thought leadership and innovation, as well as research and design of new technologies and business ideas to the benefit of MUFG. The department also includes the cross functional business analysis team for the entire technology function, and the department owns several of the technology cross functional goals, including proactive talent management.

Our securities business offer a comprehensive product suite to clients around the world through five key business lines in the primary and secondary markets: capital markets, credit, rates, equities, and structured products.

Technology Innovation Management is a new and exciting department for Technology, created to directly support the multi year technology strategy. Our 18 month Analyst Programme starts with a comprehensive training program designed to develop a sound understanding of our product lines, our clients & our business strategies.
